The Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA) is offering the Mining Technology Explore program, which is aimed at bringing mining projects together with manufacturing and related service companies. SREDA provides financial support to international companies with technologies that are applicable to the mining industry. The program also supports companies in their travel to and attendance at the 2020 Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain Forum which will take place between April 21 and 22 of this year in Saskatoon.

Program benefits include opportunities to showcase technologies to the province’s mining industry, networking with industry leaders and an opportunity to attend the 2020 Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain forum.

The program offers compensation of US$2,000 to each winner following their participation in the Explore program and trip to Saskatoon.

Applicants need to have a technology applicable to Saskatchewan’s mining industry and need to provide a company profile and an overview of their technology. Preference will be given to first-time visitors to Saskatoon.
